“With complete enthusiasm, we most highly recommend Andrew Kanape and his company, Green Home Services, Inc. We have experienced four major home renovations and new construction of a half dozen homes, which should qualify us to judge the caliber of Mr. Kanape and Green Home Services as general contractors.

Without reservation, we attest that Green Home Services provide outstanding work and service. The caliber of their craftsmanship is excellent. They perform work efficiently within the projected time line and with no cost overruns. The workmen are pleasant to have in our home and maintain the work area in a clean and neat manner. Andrew Kanape suggested numerous cost-saving options and never up-charged for materials from suppliers. All aspects of their general contracting were top notch. The projects they did for us included architectural services, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, siding, painting, concrete patio and driveway removal and replacement, fencing, and tile/flooring/carpet.

Of all the contractors we have ever had work for us, Andrew Kanape and Green Home Services are tops! From a professional work ethic to value and quality, we commend them as exceptional! We were exceedingly pleased and impressed with their work as we remodeled our home. The scope of the project done by Green Home Services included a new front entrance, bathroom remodel, addition of another bathroom and a laundry room, new windows and patio doors, re-siding the house, enlarging the garage and adding heating in the 4-car garage, installing new garage door, replacing the driveway and patio, installing a whole house generator, designing and creating a Travertine fireplace, building a garden storage shed to match the house siding, and fencing the entire property.
