2-Year Workmanship Warranty
Green Home Services Inc. stands behind the quality of our workmanship. We provide a two-year limited workmanship warranty on labor performed by Green Home Services Inc., beginning on the date of substantial completion of the project.
During the warranty period, Green Home Services Inc. will repair, at no additional labor cost to the customer, defects determined to be the result of our workmanship.
This warranty applies to workmanship only. It does not cover normal wear and tear; damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, lack of maintenance, water intrusion or conditions outside the scope of our work; movement, settling, expansion, contraction, or other conditions of the existing structure; damage caused by others; or modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than Green Home Services Inc.
Materials, fixtures, appliances, and other products are subject to their respective manufacturers’ warranties. Green Home Services Inc. does not extend or replace a manufacturer’s warranty.
This warranty does not cover changes in appearance or performance that are inherent to natural or manufactured materials, including variations in color, grain, texture, shading, grout, stone, wood, tile, or similar materials, unless caused by defective workmanship.
The customer must notify Green Home Services Inc. of a potential warranty issue within the two-year warranty period and provide reasonable access for inspection and, when covered, repair. Warranty work will be scheduled within a reasonable period based on the nature of the issue and availability of required materials.
This warranty applies to the original customer and project identified in the construction agreement. Additional terms, limitations, and exclusions contained in the signed construction agreement also apply.
